Intro Radar (played by Jan Decleir) is a cold-blooded and brutal assassin burdened with a heavy load of blood debts. Fate plays a trick on him as Radar develops Alzheimer's disease, which means that as time goes by, he is getting closer to 'retirement.' During an important mission, Radar is shocked to find out that his target is a mere twelve-year-old child. His tragic childhood experiences prevent him from taking action, leading him to decide to carry out his revenge plan. Radar kills his colleague Gilles (played by Patrick Descamps), creating a false impression that he is dead. Meanwhile, the excellent agents Winko (played by Koen De Bouw) and West (played by Werner De Smedt) closely pursue Radar, wanting to bring him to justice.
